Installing a home gym is more than assembling boxes. These are the five stages we plan with you, and the details always depend on your room and the equipment you choose.

A shortlist matched to the room

Equipment is chosen after we have seen the space, so ceiling height, floor, layout and how you train decide what goes in. If you already own pieces, ask about them at the consultation, and we can plan the room around them.

Delivery and getting heavy pieces in

Racks, cardio machines and plate-loaded equipment are heavy and awkward. We plan the route in, whether that is a basement stair, a narrow hall or an upper floor, and place each piece carefully in the room.

Assembly and anchoring where required

Each piece is assembled to the manufacturer's instructions. Where a manufacturer calls for a rack or machine to be anchored, we plan for it with the floor and structure under the room in mind.

Calibration, testing and smart AV

Every machine and connected system is tested before handover. On Premier and Signature, we also set up the smart AV and lighting.

Walkthrough and onboarding

Before we leave, we walk you through each piece of equipment and the room's systems. On the Essential tier, a follow-up visit comes six months later, and Premier includes one year of maintenance.
